Cooking Procedure:
1. Beat 1 large egg, 4tbsp oil, 1 & 1/4cups water, and 1 pack of Chef Reseby Bread and Butter Pancake Mix.

2. Heat griddle or large skillet over high heat.

3. Cook until bubble form on top of the pancakes, turn and cook until the other sides are browned.

4. Serve hot with butter and syrup
